  2. Supplier and contract review

    Assess technical fit and security evidence. Agree the scope, total fees, support, service term, cancellation, refund, and renewal conditions in writing.

  3. Verified payment

    Once the agreed service is ready for sale, pay the required amount through an approved billing process. Paid checkout is not currently open.

  4. Formal hospital application

    Submit the application after payment is independently verified. A sales record or browser payment message cannot unlock this step.

  5. Implementation and approval

    Complete integration, training, and the required clinical, legal, security, and technical reviews. Payment alone does not activate patient-data use.

Introductory USD rates for planned paid services, billed monthly. Clinician seats are billed; patient and administrative access do not add clinician-seat charges. Taxes are additional where applicable.

Custom EHR integrations, migration, and bespoke implementation are quoted separately. The current synthetic-data demo is free. Paid checkout is not open yet, and a payment will not by itself authorize clinical use.

Minimum monthly totals: Pilot, 5 clinicians × $99 = $495; Clinical, 10 clinicians × $149 = $1,490. Enterprise pricing is agreed in a custom quote.

Live AI processing, EHR connections, service levels, languages, and implementation dates must be validated for your hospital and specified in the agreement. No measured time-saving result is promised.

  • Recurring fees, setup fees, integrations, migration, and applicable taxes.
  • Included usage, support, training, and acceptance criteria.
  • Billing start, payment amount due, cancellation, refund, and renewal terms.
  • Data handling, responsibilities, and applicable agreements.
